The first step we took before starting the actual project was to build a gantt chart in order to be able to, even though it's based on theoretical deadlines, define some primary tasks and deadlines. The result is showed on the next chart. The numbers on the y axis are the tasks and are defined as followes:

1. Choice of website layout;

2. Choice of material;

3. Definition of project requirements;

4. Expansion board complete schematic build;

5. SPI communication protocol development;

6. Breadboard mount of test circuit for SPI;

7. FreeRTOS development and implementation;

8. PCB design and manufacture;

9. Tests of FreeRTOS implementation;

10. Tests on SUBA;
